This was a county school that served white students.  A 1905 survey documented the school in a one-room log building in bad condition.  A new building succeeded that facility in 1911.  A second room was added in 1925.  Eastview's seventh and eighth grades were transferred to Okolona in 1948 and Eastview closed in 1951.
