Official Name: Noe Middle School
Year Opened: 1974
Noe was named for Louisville city schools superintendent Samuel V. Noe, who served from 1960 to 1969. It opened in 1974, succeeding Manly Junior High in the city system prior to city-county schools merger in 1975.
