Official Name: Stopher Elementary School
Year Opened: 2007
This school opened in the fall of 2007 and was unofficially called Aiken Road Elementary in the planning phase before its name was chosen. Stopher is named for Joseph E. Stopher, a local attorney and longtime president of the Gheens Foundation. Gheens is a nonprofit organization formed in 1957 to finance primarily educational causes.
As of February 2021, the Archives has no yearbooks from Stopher Elementary School.
