This weeks lessons will focus on:

Sept. 16-20

K-1: I can identify fiction and nonfiction books.

2-3 I can identify the characteristics of a fiction and nonfiction book.

4: I can brainstorm ideas for the Welcome to Greathouse project.

I can sketch the footprint of our library for the Ultimate Library Project.

Previous Lessons

Sept. 9-13

K: I can make a plan to encourage someone.

1-2: I can explore my creativity and express myself.

3: I can learn about goal setting and carrying out plans.

4-5 I can reflect on personal experiences.

Sept 3-6

K-2: I can ask/answer questions about key details in a text.

3-5: I can use the Library libguide to research databases.

 

Aug. 26 -30

K-1 : Students will be able to identify and label parts of a book.

2-5  Students will be able to log in to the Library Libguide to access online library resources.

Aug. 19-23

K-5 Students will be able to  identify Library expectations

K-1: Students will be able to illustrate a book care rule.

2-5 Students will be able to search for answers in a Library scavenger hunt.

Aug. 14-16

Students will be able to listen and follow library procedures,.Students will be able to  identify Library expectations.
