Thomas Jefferson Middle Library: NOOKS

NOOKS are expensive!  You are expected to use extra caution and responsibility when checking one out.  You and your parents/guardians need to sit down and discuss whether you are ready for this.  If you are, click on the permission slip form and print a copy for you and your parents/guardians to sign.  You can also get a copy of the permission slip from me in the library. Return the signed slip to the library and then you will be able to get your first NOOK :)
