Do you like creepy spine chilling books? Well, if you do then Grave Secrets by Annette and Gina Gascone is the book for you!
Amanda's playing baseball and she hits the ball into Mrs. Barn's backyard! She went to get the ball but then Mrs. Barnes grabs her wrist! That's where the trouble begins. My favorite part of the book is when Amanda finds a note that says, "I want my baby back now!" If you like spine chilling books you will love this book.
Bring Me Some Apples and I'll Make You a Pie
Edna and her family have little to eat and she cannot wait until spring comes because that's the beginning of crop picking season. Edna loves to pick the fruits and vegetables to make her family different tarts and goods. My favorite part is when Edna finds you don't have to have the best food ever. You can make do with what you have. The book also has little songs and some good recipes.
Stand Tall, Molly Lou Melon
Do you want to read a book about an amazingly awesome girl? There is a girl just like this in Stand Tally Molly Lou Melon.
Molly Lou Melon had buck teeth, was very short and had a voice like a bullfrog. Everything is ok until she has to move to a new school and meets Ronald Durkin, a bully. What do you think will happen next? Will she stand tall?
My favorite part of the book is when she makes a snowflake and everyone likes it, even Ronald Durkin. I rate this book 4 out of 5 stars.
